GreenTek invited headoffice3 to quote on a package to design and build their new offices in Wetherby, York. We were tasked with helping to change the culture from the traditional static desk arrangement to a fully agile workspace, with the introduction of break out zones and training rooms etc. Our team met theirs on their old site and consulted with them to make the new space work for them, and to introduce and teach them about working the agile way.
This refurbishment project involved extensive alterations including; front façade, curtain walling, new atrium, new mezzanine floor and a full ‘on trend’ interior fit-out. It boasts high ceilings, an impressive canteen and a fully agile workspace. GreenTek are keen to embrace modern methods of working and are sure to see an increase in productivity and staff well-being in the very near future!!
