Scaffolding going up at Linacre House, office-to-residential development in Exeter Instructed by Westrock, the site has gone live and promises to deliver 28 units for the private rental sector. The project will entail completion of 24 units under Permitted Development regulations along with 2 vertical extension new build units and a further 2 units via a basement conversion.

Initial Works

Initial works will see demolition and strip out for the next 4-5 weeks whilst design details are completed on the vertical extension and renovations.
